I had a wonderful experience during my 60-minute massage with Anastasia.
She took the time to go over my concerns, discuss what level of pressure I was looking for, and prioritized what I communicated to her.
I left feeling lighter and with recommendations on actions I could take moving forward (stretching) to help further improve my overall health. It was a perfect balance of deep tissue work where needed and relaxation.
I will return and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage therapist!

I went to Kate for a prenatal massage and it was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable even at 38 weeks pregnant and the massage was so relaxing and amazing. I will definitely be coming back!
