Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for Forest? I love this place! I moved about 30 minutes away from Lansing and travel to keep my medical business here. The staff are all great and I would encourage everyone to say hello to the security personnel when you come in! They’re very friendly and do a great job. All of the doctors and nurses are great and care about your needs; and the folks at the front desk are always professional and helpful. I prefer their pharmacy as well because they have a good system. Last but not least, the girl with the bonnet is absolutely beautiful! 😍
They do not work with homeless people, who are taking care of there health so that that can WORK. iv lost my appointment because of not being able to come 4 times. I was out of state and had just got back but they claim it has been 4 times IN a row that I have missed appointments and have refused services for me. I am epileptic and cannot drive or find another drs office. I was not aware of the stipulations. Now I'm screwed because of lack of communication and dignity from this Dr office. They are not well equipped anyway so I won't be missing much but I am very offended now.
did a walk-in because the dental department has 3 different numbers and LITERALLY NO 1 ever answers the phones. I walked in around 7:20am, was seen immediately after completing paperwork. Dr Hall and the staff are super amazing and patient and also attentative! they kept me calm but what's funny is when I was in the lobby the 2nd time, the receptionist stayed answering that phone which is sooo confusing and baffling to me!! lmao but I don't regret walking in, I have another appt in 2 weeks. Dr Hall is the Man!! he knows his stuff! luv him
