“I found Dr. Nemeth after cycling through two eye doctors - one who had no regard for patient safety and spoke inappropriately with patients, and the other whose office was unresponsive (and it took forever to order contact lenses). He understands that prescription are not cookie cutter, one size fits all and prescribes accordingly. “Unexpectedly the arm on my silhouette eyeglass frame broke. I was devasted. I went to other optometrist offices inquiring about a repair but was told it couldn't be fixed. I finally found Van optical where the owner Kim had no trouble fixing my broken frame. I truly appreciate her skill and devotion to help others. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your last telephone experience with the office. By law an eyeglass prescription is good for only two years. The prescription you were requesting was well past the two years. As we explained, you can get a copy of the RX. The prescription will say its expired. Two years ago we were going through the COVID outbreak. During that time Dr Cherry O.D did only allow one exam done at a time due to social distancing and the size of the waiting area and exam rooms.
