“I found this nail salon just browsing google for nail salons close to where I live. I decided to give it a try and I’ve been going there ever since. The ladies here treat you so nicely and kind, ask you if you want something to drink, and when they have sweets or treats they offer some to you. Sammy the owner is amazing and also so is Hannah and all the other girls here, I go to these 2 girls and they do a great job on my nails and the pricing is very affordable and reasonable. I do not plan on leaving this salon and going elsewhere. I am happy with the way my nails turn out everytime and they all make sure to do a great job! They are very welcoming and greet you when you walk in the door. All very nice girls. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. They also do massages and other services here as well. This salon is always very clean too, and the lighting is just right and it is cute on the inside. ❤️ you will not regret coming here to get your nails/toes done.“

“My Daughter bought me a massage with Sophia for my Birthday. It was incredible!! This was my first time going to this spa and it won’t be the last. Sofia was kind, gentle, and did a great job with my relaxation massage. She also did a lymphatic massage within this massage and I could literally hear the fluids in my body. The atmosphere was great, comfortable set up, clean and overall worth every dime! (Well my Daughter’s). So far this is the best massage spa I’ve been to in Grand Rapids.“

“Very knowledgeable and helpful. She cares about the health of your lashes and you having long lasting results. I came to her after my first lash tech moved to Detroit and me trying several of the wrong lash techs & shops. I was exhausted from chair hopping. She actually sent me away without lashes my first time because my real lashes were so tattered and damaged. She didn’t just take my money and slap lashes on slipshod. She sent me home with a care regimen to follow for a month til my real lashes were healthy. Been going to her ever since. I get volume sets and I love them!! Even without make up I still feel polished and pretty with my lashes and a little lip gloss!!“

“So I haven't been to the spa, but I wanted to praise them for my recent experience. I had booked an appointment. Due to a vet emergency with my car i had to cancel. I had reached out the mariott after the spa had closed leaving me with a dismal encounter with a man at the front desk who gave me all the wrong ways to contact them and fet things through to cancel, leaving my appointment no canceled. The manager at the spa and wonderful women at the front desk werw able to help me get my refund after providing proof of my attempts to cancel. This recharged my faith in humanity in what has been a very rough week. I will be returning and with an update here once I rebook my appointment. But based off what I experienced today I believe anyone is in good hands here“
