“Club pilates has been such a positive addition to my fitness routine. The instructors are well trained, informed, and encouraging. In just 3 short weeks, I am already starting to see and feel the difference it is making for my balance, strength, and overall tone. On top of that the atmosphere is supportive and the app is easy to use for booking.”
“Equilibrium Studio is truly exceptional. Their instructor certification training program is outstanding, and the level of care and support is unmatched. The program director, Jessica, is incredibly dedicated—she’s always available as a resource and guides you through the entire process from start to finish. Her support makes all the difference.
Every instructor at the studio is extraordinary. They are kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your success. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this program. It’s also worth noting that Equilibrium Studio is the only official Merrithew STOTT program in the state, which speaks volumes about the quality of education offered.
The program is extremely well-run and thoughtfully designed, and I truly feel I’m receiving the best Pilates education possible.
If you’re looking to take classes, they are just as impressive—every class is excellent and tailored to different experience levels and desired challenges.
Highly recommend, whether you’re pursuing certification or simply looking for amazing Pilates classes!”
