I have been going to Westside Family medical center for over 30 years Dr Jill Susan Winkler is the best physician I have ever been patient for, she listen to me, she studies her thoughts on what the treatment she can do for me I in trusted her with the care of the most precious gift, my daughter she is kind and caring, down right normal decent human being I thank God for her care and guidance over my health and well-being I hope you have her as my doctor until I or she is no longer practicing or one of us has passed over to the great divine . THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING FOR MY HEALTH GOD BLESS YOU DR WINKLER

Medical staff is unprofessional. Had appointments rescheduled multiple times due to provider working at different locations. Went in for one thing, was tested for something else (which was negative) but they prescribed me the meds anyway and did not help at all with the problem I went in for. One time I was checking in the lady was too interested in a fire truck driving by to help me. They also lost my records

Been going here for well over 50 years and never had problems until as of late. Can no longer recommendThis place. I've had 5 different Dr's in the last two years..they have you calling pharmacy to see if they have your meds. Constantly cancel appointments. Ascension has killed this family practice..teamed up with walgreens who can't fill a prescription for aspirin..Stay away people until someone else decides to take over this once fine medical facility..
