staff here are friendly and helpful. All but one of the providers I've seen here have been knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Given that I've seen multiple providers over multiple departments, one who wasn't very good is still better than a lot of doctors' offices I've been to. I'm lucky WMU students have access to this level of good healthcare right on campus.

I started going here for counseling and psychological services and was blown away at the free resources they have here for students. They have a mind spa with a yoga room, a sensory room, massage chairs, light therapy, and a room where you can just hang out and color on coloring sheets! In the CAPS lobby, they also have interactive robotic cats and dogs you can pet and even take back to your therapy session with you. This is the first primary care doctor I've had and still stick with. Dr. Lean is a doctor I trust, who cares about his patients (and their educational well being too). Dr. Ruggerio is perceptive, she is confident in knowing how to help and problem solve. The online health portal is convenient, and the wait times are relatively short. If you're a student, you might find Sindecuse to be the best choice for health care. Their safety measures regarding the pandemic is unparalleled and they treat co-vid cases pretty quickly.
