HI this is Debbie Cler. I ordered a pair of glasses from you. They came backWith the distance at the very of the top of the lens. They did it twice. When I ask for a refund she refused to give me all my money back. I don't have a spare pair of glasses. I believe I deserve my full refund. Being that I waited two times without any spare to wear in the meantime P.S. I never wore the glasses.

Last year I scheduled an eye exam so I could get a new set of contacts. Didn’t have any problems and received my contacts within 2 weeks. I went online to order a new set of contacts three weeks ago, placed the order and was all set. Waited 2 fulls weeks and when I still had yet to get my contacts, I called the office and asked about them. To which they informed me that my order had been cancelled because my prescription was 4 days out of date. Never got an email, a phone call, nothing to tell me my order had been cancelled. Your ionia store has not come thru with my paid for contacts in 4 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to find they didn't know the type ordered were not available and now the new style is on back order. Guess what I'm telling everyone I know about your company? I'm filing a complaint today with BBB.
