I have not had a lot of experiences in life where I have needed to use a professional cleaning facility, and for something as important such as my wedding dress - I knew I would be a little nervous for anyone to handle it no matter where I brought it to be preserved! This place, however, made me feel at ease from the very beginning - I regret not asking the wonderful woman's name who took my wedding dress and also gave it back to me in the perfect box once it was complete - but she truly made me feel like my dress was in good hands from start to finish. Brought a sample wedding gown to them for cleaning. I called before purchase and spoke to the manager- she was very helpful and upfront with cost and timelines for cleaning. I was supper happy with the service, texting service to keep me informed and the staff! Highly recommend

Don't use drycleaners much. Hours are a little restrictive, not open on Wednesday, not open late ever, closed by 1pm on Sat. Used the drop off box, worked well. Tuxedo came back sooner than I expected, nice job done. Notification by text when ready is good.
