I turned in some clothes to be cleaned, altered, and repaired. I was told my clothes would be ready in two weeks. They actually came back earlier. You'd think this would garner four or five stars, right? The problem is, NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY THINGS CAME IN EARLY!! Some of the items I turned in were for a uniform I needed on Easter Sunday. And the price was just under $160!!! That's insane for the fact that they just held on to my items. When talking to the manager, she sounded like I was more of a nuisance than a customer. The ONLY reason why I went to them is because they're in my neighborhood. I'll gladly go to Maria's on South Westnedge in the future.

First visit for this location & very pleasant greeting. The other 2 we have gone to were/are closed on Wednesdays & unclear of hours. Next time I will call for the Free pick up & drop off. Had no idea it was offered. Thank you.
