4412 Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo“Best massage I have had in Kalamazoo in years. My lady retired a few years ago and I have been on the look out for someone who does therapeutic rehabilitative massage well. I have my multiple chronic health problems so massage is healthcare for me not relaxation. She is amazing and has intuitive, knowledgeable, healing hands that you can tell have decades of experience. I can’t recommend her highly enough.“

“Massage is my number 1 self care activity. I have tried multiple massage therapists in the Kalamazoo/Portage/Richland area and Ann is by far the best! Easy on-line scheduling and I can usually get in within a week or two if I had forgotten to book ahead. I always look forward to my monthly massage❤️“

“Had a great massage from Beth Bullmer. Lymphatic drainage and some cranial sacral work to help me with long COVID recovery. It was perfect. So grateful she was willing to put me on her waitlist while I'm in town since she's booked out 2-3 months in advance.“

I am not as consistent as I would like to be, but Tabitha always remembers me and my physical issues that need to be worked on. Tabitha is very respectful, and explains each movement. I am very pleased with the work she does on my body and the results she achieves with working out my "knots."“

3735 W B Ave, Plainwell“I was nervous to have my first professional massage. I don't like strangers touching me, but being in the dental field a massage was well over due. The Health Spot was highly recommended by 2 friends, so decided to give it a try. From the inital contact and the entire scheduling process everything was wonderful. I was even allowed to reschedule because of the recent blizzard. Once i arrived for my appointment Tammy greeting me outside as I got out my car. She was very welcoming and kind. I started to feel less nervous within the first 5 minutes. I enjoyed my massage she explained the entire process with me. She made me feel amazing. I highly recommend her. And I made my next appointment as well. Thank you so much. You are highly skilled.“

“I have had many massages over the years. This was the first time at Inspiring hands on West Michigan Ave. It was ok. My massage therapist was ok but I felt like I was in an office setting. I could hear the entire conversation happening in the hallway (someone inquiring on a massage and then making an appointment. It was so loud I could hear her name, what date/time of her massage and who it was with). Then I could hear the conversation in the massage room next door. The supposed relaxing music kept breaking up the entire 90 minutes I was on the table. Bottom line if you are desperate for a massage and can’t get in anywhere else, go there because they know how to give a massage but if your looking for an overall relaxing experience try a different location.“

The studio is very hot (the way I prefer it), the lay out of the room is great with sufficient space so it never feels crowded. Also the locker rooms are very nice and always clean. I am glad they offer a 6pm evening classes and 4pm weekend classes too. I am thankful for the studio and cant wait to practice again“
