“Update 7/17. They reached back out explaining that they do not quote a full price and offered me the original lower quoted price they did say they would honor.

They said the higher pricing was for special cases that need more imaging or chronic cases so it's hard to quote over the phone. To me it should be simple to quote your service and especially over the phone.

Thanks for offering the pricing change to honor what you said. I'm not a perfect person so I get mistakes can happen. Just please don't tell me you'll honor something just to say no later.

I'll try again to utilize their services. They are kind spoken and want to help.
