“Amazing hot Yoga Studio! starting with the staff: the instructions are great (Heidi and Amanda) are some of the best yoga instructors in the valley with fun and upbeat classes. The studio is very hot (the way I prefer it), the lay out of the room is great with sufficient space so it never feels crowded. Also the locker rooms are very nice and always clean. I am glad they offer a 6pm evening classes and 4pm weekend classes too. I am thankful for the studio and cant wait to practice again“
“I felt better in a matter of a few sessions! My old chiro would make me feel better for a day or so but I feel the lasting effects after each visit! My lower back has always hurt and it turns out it’s not my lower back but my upper back. As soon as he started working on that my lower back has felt amazingggg. Love all the staff here.
