Bronson Methodist Hospital Outpatient Testing

I took my son for labwork. We arrived at 5:45 with a closing time of 6. My son fainted during the blood draw. The phlebotomist made me feel at ease. She responded quickly and took great care of my son. We ended up being there until 6:30 to which I apologized profusely. She didn't seem bothered the least bit.

5 hours and counting.
Zero relief for the pain I'm suffering. And didnt' find anything wrong. I was really upset that they sent me home with absolutely no answers or nothing to help me cope with the severe amount of pain I'm suffering with.
20 minutes after I left the hospital, they called me.
They called in a script to help a little bit.
Thankfully.
They did all they could.

I've had to take both of my babies here ( 1 & 2 years old ), for lab work multiple times. Each time, all of the staff have been friendly, professional and have gone above and beyond to help calm a stressful situation down, as best as they can.
