Bronson Infusion Center is professional and handled with utmost care. From the front desk to nurses staff, everyone is happy to help and make patients comfortable. The 2.5 hour infusions feel warm and welcoming, and many find the talent at getting IVs in top notch, so no bruising occurs. Patients who have been receiving IVIG infusions for years praise the amazing teamwork, kind and caring staff, and pharmacy. The team works tails off fixing insurance woes, always smiling, and if there is a problem they are on it immediately. First infusion is easy and simple, with frequent check‑in and offers of drinks, crackers, and warm blankets. Many say it deserves 6 stars.
Every appointment here has been so professional and handled with utmost care. From front desk to nurses staff - everyone is so happy to help and make you as comfortable as possible. I’ve been going to 2.5 hour infusions this month, and found myself looking forward to my appointments here because everyone is so warm and welcoming. If you’re someone who isn’t a fan of needles and typically bruise - I haven’t bruised once. Their talent at getting the IVs in for infusions is top notch. Highly recommend this location if you’re able to choose your infusion center. To all the staff - thank you for making moments that aren’t the most fun - so much more bearable.
I've been receiving IVIG infusions for over eight years now. I used to have my infusions at U of M (a long ways away), the hospital next to the cemetery (looking at you Borgess, pretty sure they bury their mistakes there), Infusion Associates in Portage (owned by a private equity financial company, so just guess how that turned out) and I finally came to my senses and started coming to Bronson.
WOW! The best infusion center I have ever been to. Amazing teamwork by everyone in that department! Kind, caring, they work their tails off fixing the all the insurance woes, they are always smiling and if there is a problem they are on it immediately.

So listen! I have a lot going on and not gonna lie I’m sick of needles 💉 but TERRIE 💕 was AWESOME! So was the sweet heart that did my vitals so friendly not rushed calming soft spoken private clean I’m beyond impressed and so thankful! Hope to be doing all my stuff there! Thank you from my whole ❤️ ladies!
