I can't start in describing how good my experience was with these guys. I have not encountered business owners this honest, respectful, and kind in a long time. I had an issue with my Xbox console, and I called asking if they do work on them. The answer was yes but they mistakened game console for a PC. We scheduled an appointment and when they called telling me to come in, they realized I was talking about a game console. They asked me what the issue was anyways, and told me to just come in to see if they could help. Afftech is staffed with highly trained and knowledgeable IT professionals. Keith always is able to answer my questions regarding equipment issues, he also does not try to oversell you on products you don't need. They are a great locally owner business.
