Polite and helpful staff at the counter helped give me some options for upgrades. I may have to save up for a bit, but I don't get the impression that they're trying to gouge me. Looking forward to seeing what they can do for my PC!

I went in for the first time this morning after trying to fix my issue on my own. I dropped off my pc at 9 when they opened and at noon they called and had it working (faulty power cord.) They could have ran me through the ringer. I was at their mercy. But they were honest people. They even knocked down the diagnostic fee and threw in a new power cable. This crew is great! Will definitely be coming back again! (God forbid I dont have too!)

I recently had an issue with my Mac. The Computer Guild was able to get it fixed and reinstall new software. They did a great job, communicated well and the price was reasonable. Thanks!
