Physical Therapy: I gave 3 stars because the staff member working with me made disparaging comments about two parts of my body. On one of the two occasions, she also laughed about it. I was in shock. I still am, when I think about it.

The physical therapy staff is amazing however the billing is horrendous. I got billed something that happened one year ago, which I thought I already paid for. I try calling and get nowhere because the people in the billing department are clueless. Highly recommend people to go somewhere else or try and not get injured or this place may try and double charge you (and then try and gas light you).

Went here for allergy shots and they said they would order more for my next appointment in two weeks. It has been a month and I still don’t have the shot I needed 2 weeks ago, not to mention the one I will need this week. They have constant mix ups and even if you have an appointment the wait times are long. Also on my first visit the doctor tried multiple times to peer pressure me into getting shots I didn’t need. Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to.
