“It's interesting to me how many poor reviews this location has, I had a wonderful experience today. Wait time was about an hour, which was reasonable given the expected wait time was listed as 30-60min. I also love being able to sign in online and text updates where you are in the queue. Asia who checked me in was an absolute GEM and checked with the doctor to make sure they could help me with what I needed to be seen for. The whole clinic/waiting area was clean and all the staff members I interacted with were great, caring and truly listened. I saw Rachel Seavolt, NP. She was extremely kind and caring and also made sure I had the most accurate lab codes and course of care to help me feel better ASAP. Thanks for the great experience today, I truly appreciate it!“
