The reception staff was very friendly. The nurse that took my stats and checked me in, was very pleasant. She tried to be as gentle as she could when swabbing my nose. She did a good job and even apologized. The doctor was great. He explained thing well and answered all my questions. If I ever need to go to Urgent Care I will definitely come here again.

The staff at Lansing Urgent Care in Mason are great. Very helpful and efficient.Staff are sweet and personable and efficient. I was seen in a reasonable time frame after my walk-in check in. From check in to seeing the nurse and the physician assistant and received my check out papers just over 1 hour. Entire staff are efficient and professional. I didn’t need prescription meds. OTC and recommended which OTC and dosages to take. Found what I needed at Wares Drug store. Rite Aid didn’t have anything left! Wares had everything!

These guys are AWESOME!!! I don’t have a regular doctor yet because I’m new to the area and they’ve taken care of me every time! I’m a 1st responder and I would definitely recommend them to EVERYONE! On the flip side, I WOULD NOT recommend Sparrow.
