It's interesting to me how many poor reviews this location has, I had a wonderful experience today. Wait time was about an hour, which was reasonable given the expected wait time was listed as 30-60min. I also love being able to sign in online and text updates where you are in the queue. Asia who checked me in was an absolute GEM and checked with the doctor to make sure they could help me with what I needed to be seen for. Excellent location and service. Wait time was fairly standard for an urgent care, not too long. Pharmacy right on site, so no need for an extra stop to get Rx filled. Highly recommend.
The urgent care process wasn't too bad. The online check-in saved me a lot of time, and I felt like I was seen at a reasonable speed.
The doctor, on the other hand, was terrible. I had smashed my pinky finger and the blood under the nail was causing a lot of pain, so all I was looking for was for them to pierce the nail to relieve pressure. The doctor said I needed an X-ray even though I was quite confident it wasn't broken because it wasn't the type of pain from a broken finger, it was just throbbing pressure, but that didn't bother me too much, as I know they need to be cautious.
