I’ve had 3-4 visits with Rachel at the Holt location. She’s personable, answers questions I have for her and is on top of getting med refills called in. She’s also open to looking into other ways of treating things and actually listens to how you feel. It does take a bit to get into her since she’s the only NP at this location for primary care, but she’s worth the wait!

Been going here for years. Some of the negative reviews are from years ago. Rachel, the NP that’s now there, is awesome. She’s friendly and is always willing to spend time with me discussing any medical concerns I have. I hope she never leaves!

I went there on 6/13 23, and they were very nice and very welcoming and they treated me like I was a celebrity and it didn’t take long I recommend them to anyone who needs medical attention and I feel so much better thank god for a place like this. ???
