I received prompt, professional care today at my urgent care visit. From the front desk reception, the medical assistant & physician each encounter was courteous & extremely helpful. I have visited the Holt location numerous times over the years & have never been disappointed.
Quick in, Easy out urgent care tonight have poison ivy allergy. Friendly staff. usually go to LUC, but I'm petsitting in Holt. Would come back again. Give them a chance, Be patient, Be Kind Take a Chance I did & Glad I did! Thanks!
I love they use NPs! I have never really found a doctor I agreed with. I had trouble with follow ups, I would skip appointments due to my busy life as a nurse myself. Patient Care Central has adjusted to my needs and go above and beyond the call of duty. Kari NP is amazing! I met her at a urgent care visit. Her amazing bed side manor and heart on her sleeve one me over. She listens, cares and what's to know what I think. For a fellow nurse, that is huge! I have never had a medical practitioner that listened to me. I highly recommend! Thank you to the wonderful staff at patient care Central.
