Nurse Holly was very caring and helpful with the questions i had.The Mcclaren patient portal doesn’t have an input field for gender identity, and i was misgendered by the virtual practitioner. I would consider going elsewhere in the future for that reason.
We rarely go see our actual doctors anymore (aside from annual physicals) because of this clinic. We love how easy it is to get an appt when you need one (very rare with doc offices) and to feel like we’re getting more of an in-office visit and not like we are cattle at a ready care clinic. It’s the perfect hybrid for as-needed health care, and we’re so glad it’s here for us! Staff is always kind and the nurse practitioners are always knowledgeable and take their time to assess needs. Nice work; McClaren.
Excellent assistance from the nurse and remote nurse practitioner, who gave me a prescription that worked well. The nurse was excellent in gathering info and contributing to the treatment plan. She was available, too, for a follow-up phone question.
