My loan was taking a while to finalize but, Jason remained in contact with me, checking in with me throughout the process, he was patient, and understanding. When things were finally ready to go Jason and his crew got to work right away. I decided to add a small change in the middle of the construction. Jason and his crew were accommodating and able to make the change on the fly and it came out exactly how I wanted it. My deck is not huge. I don't own a million dollar home. Gary, the owner, came to our home and explained the process he would use to guarantee (life time and transferrable) a dry basement.
