“After the sale of my cottage it was found that I had several inspection issues that I wasn't expecting. Brentwood/Mark agreed to help quickly as I was on a tight timeframe to get to closing. The appropriate resources were pulled to my project and sagging/cracked beams were removed and foundation pads and structure supports improved and added. Brentwood also completed wiring corrections, plumbing corrections and roofing. I can't thank Mark enough for the expert work and especially confined space work in our crawl space during the winter.
