“I’ve been a member a few times at south Washington. Wonderful staff, always so pleasant and very helpful!! Love their sales. And I’ve only had to wait for bed just a couple of times in a year, and always less than 5 min.”

“I had an issue with an expired session package that I wasn’t aware of at the time of purchase, and I’ll admit I was frustrated. But the owner reached out personally, took ownership immediately, and made it right without any hassle. That kind of fast, genuine customer service is rare these days, and it says a lot about how this business treats its customers. This is a family-run shop that actually backs up its word. Highly recommend.”
