“I've been going to this gym for almost 6 months now. It's never too busy and the assistant manager is super cool and will take the time to get to know you if you're willing to chat. She's actually been my personal trainer for the past few months. I've lost 10 pounds and I've gained muscle just going 3-4 times a week for 1.5hr. She also helps everyone around us when we are training to make sure they're lifting efficiently and safely. Shout out to Sam for being an above-and-beyond assistant manager and a fantastic personal trainer. This gym would not be the same without her, give her a raise!“
