I called in to set up a spray tan appointment. Erica was nice enough to reach out right away and text me back. When we went in, she was very personable and helpful. She did a great job. The tan came out great! She made a great suggestion on a nail salon nearby. Then she followed up a couple days later (after the tan developed all the way)to see how we liked it. After the event date, she followed up again to see how it went. We're going here and asking for her again next time. Great experience and excellent customer service!
Alicia is the BEST! She's gives the best customer appreciation and professional attention to. I will never go tanning any other place. I'm so excited my daughter introduced me to such a pristine and beautiful organized business that will most likely exceed the customers ever growing expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The environment is very clean and I never have to wait for a room. The staff is helpful and kind. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud though (could just be I feel that way because I'm not a fan of Country music!). The beds are very nice and clean! I would definitely recommend them.Service: Tanning
