The service guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed our water tank issue and explained the options going forward. We would have given 5 stars if we didn’t feel the quote for replacing the tank was excessive.
Although what caused our call was not a pleasant reality, dealing with Devon was very pleasant. What a professional and socially adept young man! I was very impressed with the quickness with which he responded to my call and with the good work that he did. We hope that what he did will solve our drain problem.
