She went over some common easy fixes I could try to see if it was something easily fixable and wouldn't require a service. When none of the easy fixes were the problem she went through the schedule and worked very hard to get us into a spot right away. Tom came out and was very professional, courteous and went through everything as he worked on it. He made sure everything was working well before he left.
