When he got to us he went and checked everything out and tried to dry out parts of the pilot that had gotten wet after our basement flooded a little. He tried multiple times to get it dried out enough to stay lit, but to no avail. He then advised us about the heater and things to try and other options. She uses action at least once a year to get the furnace checked before winter hits. She thought because he furnace is pretty old she would need a whole new furnace. It would have been really easy to take advantage of my mother in law and make a big sale because she older and doesn’t know anything about furnaces but he did the whole check and said it was running properly and should make it through another winter. Chris, the owner and main service provider at National Heating & Air Conditioning, is incredibly personable and always available. He recently installed a new furnace for me, walking me through the entire process and answering all my questions with honesty and thorough detail.

What really stood out to me was how much Chris seemed to genuinely care about my situation. He went out of his way to make sure I got the fairest price possible without cutting corners. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and dedicated in this line of work.
