AC condenser drain was plugged. Of course, this happened on a weekend that I had a house full of company, so it could not wait until Monday. The drain pipe outlet was leaking water everywhere. I called and got a really nice technician named Trent. He was very efficient and diagnosed it quickly. He walked me through everything that was wrong. It was a very good experience! Thank you Trent!
The service engineer was on time (even a bit early) and able to diagnose, but not fix, the problem. Pleasant enough, but didn’t clean up after himself (dirty floor and left the crawlspace open). Otherwise, fine.
I called Griffiths Mechanical at 8:15 and Matthew arrived by nine, fixed my air conditioner and was gone by ten. Wonderful service. I would recommend them for any hvac or home repairs.
