We had an excellent experience with Independence Heating & Cooling in North Adams! We recently purchased a new home with three mini-split units that, unfortunately, had never been professionally cleaned. Robert did an amazing job cleaning all three. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was cleaned properly and working at its best.

Independence Heating and Cooling are the Best Service Provider we have EVER used in our 53 years of marriage. We had a heat failure this past winter while we were out of town, once it was noticed, service techs were at our home within the hour. Source of problem found and Tech had our heater fixed and house warm again.. Great Service. Reasonably priced is also a major point, too. Make sure to do annual maintenance service, as we do every year, to keep your heater up and ready for our coldest weather. Thanks, Independence Heating and Cooling.
