“My family and I have been to this location multiple times through the last few years and have had nothing but great care and service from the front staff, nurses, and doctors.

Whether its the kids or the adults that are seen, the doctors are always professional, kind, thorough, and don't try to rush you out the door(I have had primaries and specialists spend less time with me and my family) I will continue to go to this urgent care and to tell others to go there as well.“

“I’ve been going to wixom health center since a child, recently they’ve switched to park medical center which has been a nightmare. I’m currently 4 days without medication because i can’t get a hold of anyone. You can’t call the office directly, and when you call the number no one answers the phone. I had my prescriptions called in 4 days ago and when i went to pick them up they never sent them to the pharmacy. Very unprofessional, could cause serious problems not having my medication.“

“Clean facility, front office and staff were friendly and professional. I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a 2pm appt, but, this is not abnormal for an urgent care from my experience. My daughter had an ear infection and the staff were very gentle with her (3 yo).“
