The staff were friendly and got me in to a room with minimal wait time as a walk in with no appointment.Dr. Encinas was so kind and helpful explaining both the prescribed medication and other suggestions to help with my symptoms. Overall, it was a quick and painless experience and I would definitely return if I am in need of urgent care.
I liked the doctor very much. But if you have a roomful of sick people. Stop training the new guy and take people back in the order they arrived. I was there for 2 hours sitting in the waiting area with walking pneumonia and you took back people who arrived after me.
Doctor Dwight Encinas and the staff you were so attentive kind and thorough. They addressed my issue and I'm feeling much better. Thank you so much to all of you. I would recommend this urgent care to anybody in the area.
