“2 Moms and a Mop is a fantastic organization! The communication is exceptional. Their employees are so friendly and professional. They're thorough and they leave our house looking fantastic! They are flexible when I need to adjust the cleaning schedule, as well. Definitely recommend this company!”
“Justin and his team were amazing. They started mitigating water damage in our home within a few hours. Each day, a team member came to check progress and make adjustments. This team of dedicated workers had great communication; they always arrived on time, and we couldn't be happier with the care they took while in our home. I highly recommend this team of workers and company.”
“We’ve had excellent experiences with them cleaning and preserving some of our older rugs; excellence and professionalism at every level. They are the top recommendation in the field for a reason.
We recently went shopping at the Novi showroom and honestly it’s like a museum where you are encouraged to touch every piece of art, it’s the best. John was so generous with his time in showing us their loom and what actually goes into each rug. I wanted to know some of the differences in color/detail work, and he was able to lay it out in a way I could easily follow. The staff are all warm and friendly. I’m still startled that this Stickley rug is something I was allowed to purchase and take home, and that it was in my price range! The whole experience was fun, and I love the rug we got!”
