“Post rotator-cuff surgery, and completely impressed and greatly appreciative of the care, instruction, treatment and encouragement received from the entire team. Reception was always very welcoming and with good humor. All PT care-givers had me using my arm and shoulder as could be tolerated, with stretches, range of movement and then strength development as I was reasonably able. Everyone is different but I made what I consider massive progress every week through provider instruction and by their stressing and encouraging home follow-up. Surgery recovery is stressful and was discouraging as the pain was more than expected, but it was always a good experience in the talking and interacting with each therapist. Patients can be difficult to navigate but all staff on every visit were encouraging and seemed to know and interact on a personal and professional level with everyone. I highly recommend and am grateful for the experience and recovery provided! Special acknowledgement to Gabriel, Taylor and Roseann, all skilled, very dedicated and good people.”
