“Call me crazy, but I actually looked forward to going to physical therapy, which feels almost unheard of these days hahaha. The team at Advent in Rockford was incredibly welcoming and always in great spirits. The conversations felt like I was among friends, which made me feel comfortable and motivated to show up for every appointment.

There was no pressure or stress, and the atmosphere was always positive and enjoyable to be around. The office manager Ashley was also very helpful and knowledgeable with all of my insurance and work-related questions, which I really appreciated.

I was fortunate enough to spend time with almost everyone on the team, and I can say firsthand that Maggie, Conor, Brandon, Sam, Kirsten are all professional, qualified, and great to work with. I highly recommend Advent in Rockford to anyone needing physical therapy. Five stars!“
