“I just went through a knee replacement and Nova Care is the best! I was always greeted with happy faces and I really listened to what they told me I did my workouts there for 3 weeks and also worked hard at home so I didn't need the walker after 1 week and never used a cane. I did use the ice machine and the leg machine which I loved it. Made me push myself up to 100% for speed and 120 for the bend. The girls I had worked hard with me and they just couldn't believe that I did so well with it. It pays to work hard I have no limp and I'm very happy with the turn out.
