“I’ve been using the East Lansing location for a few years now. When I go for my annual checkups, I see the same staff there, it’s not a ‘revolving door’ type of employment. The staff (reception, billing, optometrist’s assistants and the optometrists) are always very friendly and exceptionally efficient in their work.
