SVS Vision by far surpassed my expectations! I accompanied my 18 yr old son on his an eye exam. Not only did they treat him and I both exceptionally well, they explained everything in detail , were extremely professional and friendly. The entire process took about an hour. First, an easy check-in on their tablet, then the medical assistant performed an initial exam, next the doctor's full exam (which she was amazing) and lastly picking out glasses and check-out with a SUPERB assistant who explained everything to us on his glasses. I've been going here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. What really makes this place special are the people who work there. They are an amazing group of friendly, knowledgeable, helpful professionals .
Absolutely excellent service, the appointment was very quick. Outstanding compared to my previous trips to other locations. I used to go to the Brighton location and an appointment would be an all day affair, not here. One hour was all it took, the pre exam and main exam was within a half hour, and another half hour or so to pick out new glasses. Highly satisfied and suggest going to this location
