I know that the attachment of the Walmart brand name to any product or service seems to diminish it, but honestly I've received the same level of professionalism and care from Walmart Vision Center as I have from significantly more expensive places. Out of pocket costs/no insurance are equally to out of pocket charges/with insurance at most other places.
I've always had great experiences here except my last round of getting new glasses. They have a new Dr. here and I did my exam but my prescription is not right. I can't read my computer screen and I have to put my glasses on my nose so I can see to drive. I went back 3 times and they adjust the angle but that's it. I am using my old glasses now and will have to try another place and start over.
Jessika is an absolute gem. She remembers customers by name, has excellent customer service, and she really cares about the people she is helping. She helped me pick the perfect frames for my face, acknowledging that glasses are a commitment so she wanted me to pick the right ones for me. The doctor was super friendly and efficient, I just cannot say enough good things about this vision center. Thank you for the awesome customer service ladies!!!!
