Jan is an incredible teacher. She was very helpful with my neck issues and knew how I needed to be positioned to not compromise my neck. The space is beautiful and very clean. My favorite class is SpringTone. You will not be disappointed with any class or instructor!

I had never done pilates before, and was never really interested in yoga. Well I finally got myself to Jan's class and have been back every week since! The instructors are friendly, patient, and classically trained so you know you are getting the real deal!

This place is amazing! I have been hooked since my first class with Jan. I have been attending classes with Jan for a couple months now, and the thing I love so much about her is how extremely knowledgeable she is about the body, and has really helped me with my neck/shoulder tension. Jan is a 3rd Generation Classical Pilates Instructor who has a very extensive background in Pilates work. I would highly recommend her if you are ever in the Petoskey/Harbor Springs area. She is absolutely amazing!
