I have many family connections in the Houghton/Hancock/Copper Country area, but live out of state, therefore can’t always attend family events for which floral arrangements are appropriate to send when I can’t be there. I know I can always count on Missy and The Flower Shop to put together something amazing based on feedback I’ve received from those who were there in person, from just my brief description of the event, the general effect I’d like to provide, and the price range I have available to spend. About 10 years ago I tried to pick up the heavy motor of an industrial milling machine, at about shoulder level, by myself, while standing on the sidewall of a pickup truck box. I guess this is why women often live longer than men. My spine felt like a barely-balanced stack of tea cups afterwards, and every movement hurt. I tried aspirin, Tylenol, naproxen, ibuprofen, Doan's, etc. and nothing helped a bit. I went to a regular doctor and they had nothing useful to say about it. Finally I went to this Peterson and he "popped" my back once on each side. It was frankly a little scary, but WOW was it effective! Each "pop" felt good immediately, and as I walked out to my car a while later I was still hesitantly exploring where the pain wasn't at anymore. Basically he got rid of at least 80% of my pain in 2 minutes.
we had an urgent need for a solid outdoor handrail leading down terracing steps/sidewalk from our house to our garage (due to a recent injury) - he showed up right away, gave us a very reasonable price, built a very solid handrail for us and was also a very pleasant person - I highly recommend - we will call him again
Wilmer's installed a new furnace in my house for a competitive price. The technician was courteous, professional, and arrived on time. LRContracting was the only contractor to respond to us while we lived out of state. He worked with us and made it possible to move on time. Everything we asked for was ready, with quality materials and work. Lonnie is a great communicator and his team is hard working. Massage therapist Lloyd is very strong and exceptional at finding the knots. You can request less or more pressure. My health and pain levels are greatly improved by regular massage here. The space is very clean and welcoming.

I arrived at 4:15, there were a few folks ahead of me but the time went by fast. Mike is a great barber and spokesperson for the community. We are traveling full-time in our RV, getting a haircut can be a challenge, I knew right away that this was the right shop for me. Mike did an amazing job and even though I was the last guy in the shop, he spent just as much time on my haircut as he did the guys before me.
They have been our go to heating and plumbing company for a few years. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their work and help during emergent needs. Grateful to have them. Pleasure to work with.
He is the retirement specialist in the area. If you expect to die, consider his help.
Friendly and helpful. Very fast response time when my furnace had issues not once, but twice. Both times they were able to diagnose and fix quickly with fair prices.

Scheduled an Urgent Care appointment for our elder dachshund who injured himself while on vacation. Staff worked us into the schedule to allow our boy to be seen. The DR was thorough and gave great information on how to treat the injury. We received great care.
