After recently buying my first house, I've already called NHP twice for assistance. In both cases, I was impressed with their professionalism and the high quality of their work.
The first time I called was for routine maintenance of the furnace and water heater. Drew was the NHP technician who cleaned and checked everything for me. In addition to completing the work efficiently, he offered helpful advice regarding basic care for the system.

Am 1100 miles south of a home year round with heat - a pump failed on the boiler - wifi hook up to Northern indicated an issue - within an hour we’re on there way to the Harbor Jan 22 in the bad weather to replace - A call to me to alert and to learn if there was the first step. Did check wifi temp and had dropped a few degrees since the morning - four hours later all normal! Kudos!
