I’m not sure if she is an office manager or not but she is the best. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. She goes over everything you need to know on the admin side thoroughly ! My therapist Dr.Lauren really impressed me . She is extremely knowledgeable! She really identified causes of my shoulder pain and pain back. She is the kind of therapist you can make real progress with. She really took her time to truly hear me out and address my concerns.“

480 Advance Blvd, Lakeshore“Koonar Physiotherapy is an awesome place to be while navigating your recovery journey. Its a clean bright and comfortable space, with a knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff.
They work out a personal plan for you and modivate you enough to make you give it your all without feeling like you're being pressured. The amount of knowledge my therapists have is outstanding and I seem to learn something new everytime im there. They listen to how you feel and adapt the care they give accordingly.
The massage side of the clinic is also great. Clean rooms, calm atmosphere, relaxing music and therapists that know their way around the muscles that are giving you problems.
The desk staff is always welcoming and they went above and beyond to work around my schedule which was greatly appreciated.
Sometimes recovery isn't a great experience so having a place you look forward to going to is rare and a blessing to have, Koonar therapy has been that place for me and I'm forever grateful for not only my experience but the relationships formed with such great people in a not so great circumstance.
I would highly recommend , awesome place.“

1614 Lesperance Rd Bldg D3, Windsor“This new renovated place at their new location is so much better and so much more spacious than the place that they had before. The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. Ratna Adepu, the Physiotherapist who has been treating me, has over 30 years of experience and knows what she is doing. I know that she knows my body and it’s ailments better than I do. I could actually see and feel the improvements over time.
I have been to many massage therapists. But Michelle at Beacon Physiotherapy is the very best. She treats you with courtesy and you do actually feel real improvements over time. Spencer, Prapti, Anil, Hannah, Cynthia are all very friendly and professional in all respects. They always treat you with courtesy, a friendliness that is genuine, and with an infectious smile and warmth that are hard to find in most places. Overall, Beacon Physiotherapy merits 11 on a scale of 1-10, if that is possible.“

I walked in hoping they could help with my neck pain, but I walked out with answers I’d been searching for for 25 years. Melissa and Stan have an incredible amount of knowledge, and I learn something new and useful every time I see them.
I’d been trying to get back to the gym, but I was terrified of hurting myself again. After just a couple of visits with them, I’m back in the gym with confidence. Every member of the staff is kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping their patients.
I didn’t know what to expect from physical therapy. My life is filled with medical appointments every week—appointments I usually dread. This is the one appointment I actually look forward to.
I will be forever grateful to them.
For most of my life, I was conditioned not to talk about the symptoms I’d been experiencing because no one understood them or knew how to help. I eventually accepted that this was just how my life would always be. I’d seen countless doctors and made multiple trips to the ER, but no one had answers.
After just one visit with Melissa and Stan, they knew what was causing so much of my lifelong suffering and, more importantly, how to help. That kind of knowledge and compassion is rare.
I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen for the rest of my life because, in so many ways, they gave me my life back.
I could go on forever, but this review is already long—and I’ve cried more than once while writing it. I sincerely hope that everyone who has spent years searching for answers finds their own Melissa and Stan. If you’re lucky enough to have the opportunity to come here, don’t hesitate. It may change your life, too.“

30521 Schoenherr Rd, Warren“Dr Joshi and his team are true professionals and talented medical personnel.Their approach to a treatment plan is holistic, comprehensive and thorough. I’ve had years of PT and was just referred to Dr Joshi for a recent hip injury. Never have I experienced such results in just a few sessions, nor have I been anywhere with more cutting-edge and progressive modalities. The Aspen Laser is amazing and provides rapid and long-lasting relief, as does the Shockwave machine and the team uses them with precision and expertise. Being treated for hip and lumbar issues and am astounded that I have slept through the night for the first time in 8 years without waking with pain when I move in my sleep. In addition to the treatment, the staff is compassionate, kind and they truly listen to you.“

I will certainly be returning. I had read numerous reviews mentioning a strong emphasis on tipping, but I was never asked for a tip during my visit. My entire experience was delightful and well worth the cost. My only regret is not opting for a longer service. I plan to return and will gladly recommend this establishment to my friends.“

He spent no more than 10 minutes with the both of us, and not only did he ease the pain (took us through a few exercises to see what muscles are weak), but he gave us exercises to do to help us with the pain we were feeling. Very simple and straightforward. We appreciated the time he gave us because he was there watching with his son, and didn’t have to help us. We are grateful for meeting Dr. Murgic and will definitely visit the care center in the future!“

I went in feeling discouraged and unsure of what to expect, but her knowledge, compassion, and skill made all the difference. She explains everything in a way that makes you feel informed, comfortable, and supported, and her approach is gentle but incredibly effective. For the first time in a long time, I’m feeling real relief and genuine progress. I’m so grateful for Geneé’s expertise and care, and I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with post cancer, hysterectomy, child birth, or any pelvic floor issues. She has truly changed my quality of life! Also, she's just so much fun and has a great sense of humor!“

“I broke my elbow in February and developed issues with some soft tissues near the fracture site. I was struggling for months to find a clinician or modality that would help. NSAIDs were useless, and the physical therapist, massage therapists and acupuncturist I initially tried weren't helping.
I decided to try Back to You after a DO said dry needling might still be beneficial. Before my first session with Dr. Bo, I couldn't use a computer without a wrist brace and I had to take constant breaks from simple household chores. Within a week of his needling I wasn't using the brace anymore and I cleaned my whole house for two hours without needing a break. It felt like after months I finally found a clinician I could trust to help me.
I began physical therapy at Back to You shortly afterward. Dr. Storer set me up with a home exercise program that has helped me return to normal function and also did some needling that really helped me out. Andrew the PTA listened when I was having any issues with the exercises and encouraged me to push myself. Alicia in the office was great at communicating and setting up appointments.
Going to Back to You was easily the best decision I've made for my recovery. I'm definitely coming back here if I feel like I need more help.“
