Went there a year and a half ago after shoulder surgery and my Therapist Kate got me back to work ahead of schedule. This past fall I shattered my heel bone, and again I requested Kate. It's been about four months post surgrery. I've only been going for two weeks and have noticed a definite improvement, even though this injury is more debilitating. First time since surgery I've been able to wear a regular shoe on that foot. Sure, they have you work out on specific machines only targeting your specific injury/ailment. I had fallen and had suffered some pretty bad nerve damage, when I first went I did not have high expectations. After just a month I noticed a change so I stuck with it, Now I'm doing somethings I didn't think I would be able to do. Very friendly and comfortable place, would most definitely use this facility again. Thank you Megan you Rock.
