I've been going to this salon for a long time now, and I've had my hair done by all the hairdressers there at this point. No matter the person, I've always been happy with the end result! While they take care to listen to what my vision is and make it happen, they also provide candid advice on how to balance my wishes with keeping my hair healthy and explain their reasoning. They also give me advice on how to care for my look to ensure it lasts a while. I truly appreciate the honesty, and I've never regretted following their recommendations, nor have they ever made me feel silly or dumb for having a certain vision. Perhaps most importantly, they're always friendly and nice, and they don't mind that I'm more of an introvert and don't always want to socialize much while having my hair done. I always leave feeling good about how I look and uplifted by their positive, kind attitudes.

Most recently, I had my hair done by Gabriella. Normally Celine does my hair, but she was booked up, so Gabriella was kind enough to fit me into her busy schedule on a week night. I shared my vision for bright colors, and she politely and honestly counselled me on how best to achieve it without destroying my hair with bleach. She also gave me advice on how to care for my hair and helped me look forward to my next salon visit. I felt heard and respected. The end result looks fantastic, and I'm so thankful I trusted her! I've been dreaming about having this particular look for over a decade, and she absolutely nailed it!
