“I Started my loc Journey 1.2.2022 and I was suffering from alopecia I had a bald spot in the middle of my head and I was thinking about cutting my hair off. I did my consultation with sharnell as a last result and she said she could save my hair. I was so scared to try it but I went for it. Iam so happy i did. At first I thought it wasn't working but I had to trust the process and be patient 6 months later I noticed I had no bald spot anymore. I was able to look in the mirror and be proud of who I was becoming i was so happy i cried because for the first time since i was diagnosed i felt beautiful again. I am so happy I found twisted express. Sharnell is so great with my hair I won't be going to anyone else. So thankful to twisted Express for saving my hair.“

“I give this place 5 stars. I’ve never gotten a bad haircut in 3 years. My roommate told me to just get a trim, and I took her advice. Gina, the stylist tried to give advice that I needed a shaped cut. When I got home I realized a trim wasn’t “ cutting” it and Gina got me in immediately and recut my hair for free. This is excellent customer service, and 40 years of experience. Thanks gals, for being a great place to get a good solid cut, in a friendly atmosphere! Tracey“
