I have had a lot of experiences with vet places and this is one the best. My dog had cruciate surgery several months ago and has a history of leg issues, they worked with me from scheduling to post op care and made me feel at ease. My dog is now thriving and we could not be more thankful. Dr Fuller is amazing and answered all my questions and I am very thankful for dr McBride who performed the surgery. All the veterinarians are great, I have worked with a handful over the years.

In the midst of a pandemic the last thing you think you'll need to worry about is a surprise litter of 11 puppies whose momma decides she'd rather not take care of them at all. With complication after complication with this litter CHFA dealt with each issue with compassion and grace. We could tell all of the people here cared about our babies as much as we did and they were there to answer every single question we had.

We have been traveling from Allegan to bring our dogs to Cascade for over five years, and it is well worth the trip. Their commitment to our dogs' health and well being and their incredible compassion more than make up for the cost. We have dealt with four of the vets and found all of them to be highly professional and great with our dogs. Dr. Veneman is super with two of them - one is really hyper about going to the vet, but she manages to get her to cooperate. Dr. Malik takes care of our other two, and our dogs love her as do we. When it is time to say goodbye to your dog, you couldn't find a better place for them or for you. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
